Meet your Therapist

Hi, I’m Jasmine! I am committed to providing quality therapy by working collaboratively with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, couples and/or family therapy. My approach as a therapist is direct, intuitive, and compassionate. I work from the Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Child-Centered play therapy modalities. Using creative techniques, I customize unique treatment plans for each of my clients throughout the therapeutic process. My expertise includes working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, communication issues, stress management, emotional expression, self-regulation and parenting/behavioral management.

Negative thoughts, feelings, and unhelpful behaviors can hinder us from being the best version of ourselves.

We will gain an understanding of your past and how it affects your present and future. Together we will discover customized solutions to empower you through difficult times and to help you thrive in life. It is my belief that we are all dynamic and ever-changing. As a result, we can be empowered and choose to shuffle the deck that life deals us, or even throw out the ones that no longer serve us. During this process, I like to describe my client’s goals as a planted seed; and when one is invested in his/her treatment- like a flower, the goal will flourish. I commend you for recognizing what you need, making the decision to seek help, and having the courage to ask for it. I look forward to working with you.

During one-on-one sessions in a safe environment, you will work on various issues with a non-judgmental, and clinically trained therapist. Where you will have permission to focus solely on yourself. Sessions are about 45- 60 minutes.

Need a little help to cultivate healthy relationships? I offer couples or family sessions ranging from 45-60 minutes.

Play Therapy

Play is the way children best communicate and make sense of their world. Through play, your child will safely grow in emotional regulation, self confidence, frustration tolerance, decision making, self-control, and appropriate social behaviors. They will also gain self-empowering, coping strategies to help them thrive. In collaboration with the parent, you will learn skills to continue the progress outside of sessions. Sessions range from 45-60 minutes.
